We are an independent company dedicated to supplying quality Computer Systems, Laptops, PC Components & Accessories, Gifts & Gadgets, Environmentally Friendly Products, Batteries and related Electronics items and to providing the very best of service.

We are very environmentally conscious and sell items which are more environmentally friendly wherever possible - see our range of Alkaline Rechargeable Batteries and Chargers and Eco-Friendly Torches!

Our Catalogue/Price List is only available on line (coming soon) and via email - we do not print these out and circulate them. The only promotions we print and send out are single A4 sheet promotions delivered with orders or by hand, so no trees being wasted on catalogues or envelopes! We also re-use packaging where possible to reduce waste and use bio-degradeable loose-fill packaging whenever possible. When delivering delicate items (like Hard Drives), we always use well-protected boxes, not jiffy or postage bags, as some companies do, as this can seriously reduce the life-span of these shock-sensitive items!

We sell only carefully selected items to ensure the best quality and value for money, while at the same time offering you real choice. If there is something you are interested in, but can't find it please let us know.

Finally, we take great pride in our Customer Care, which we take very seriously. Should you have any problems, we will always try to sort these out as quickly as possible. If it's our fault and you have to return something, we will even refund your return postage!

We are located on the University Science Park in Chilworth, Southampton, the home of many high-tech companies. However, we do not have a retail outlet or trade counter and cannot accept callers. Purchases are via the web site only. Visitors of any sort are strictly by appointment only. Please contact us via email or phone if you wish to get in touch.

Hours:

Web Site sales are available 24-7-365, except during occasional site upgrades. Office hours are Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-midday) for phone calls, emails and processing of web orders, except for Bank Holidays, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas (24/25/26th Dec) & New Year (1st Jan). Orders taken and emails received outside of office hours and on these dates will be processes as soon as possible on our return. Please allow extra time when placing orders before holiday periods, as delivery services may cause delays.

Our VAT registration number is 909 8250 05. All purchases will be delivered with a UK VAT receipt (where applicable). Prices on our web site are shown as double prices (excluding and including VAT), or (rarely) as a single price including VAT. We never state the excluding VAT price only to give the impression of a better price than it really is - unlike some of our competitors!
