Payment:
Purchases can be made via our web site only. All orders and Credit/Debit card payments are made via secure web pages, provided via our Payment Gateway Partner. The Payment methods available and acceptable for goods are as follows:
- Credit or Debit Card.
- Direct payment from your PayPal account. (*please see e-cheque details below before using this service)
- Direct Bank Transfer (BACS via internet banking, or at a branch)
- Cheque, Postal Order or Banker's Draft
NO surcharge is made for any of these payment methods.
*Please do NOT send cash, we cannot accept payment by cash.

Payments made from a Paypal account funded directly from you bank account (not via a Credit or Debit card) are know as e-cheques. These payments can take up to ten days to clear. We cannot send orders out until these payments clear. Please check with PayPal for further information on this method of payment. Standard PayPal transactions (funded by a Credit or Debit Card, or from a cleared balance on your account) are usually instantaneous and incur no delivery delays. To avoid delays, please check that your PayPal account is funded via one of these methods and that any card used is valid (i.e., in date).
We will process Cheques etc. as fast as we can, but please allow up to ten working days after receipt for payments made by personal or building society cheque, or banker's draft. Allow up to five working days for payments made by Postal Order or Direct Bank Transfer. This is to allow us time to pay in (where applicable) and for your payment/transfer to clear.
Products offered for sale:
All products are offered for sale subject to availability, as stock levels are subject to change due to sales via different portals. In circumstances where an order for a product is accepted, but the item is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a similar or equivalent product, or to refund your full payment and cancel the order. Some items may not be available immediately, but will be delivered after a few days. You are not obliged to purchase any item other than the one you order.
Whilst we always attempt to show accurate pictures and descriptions of items, products may change due to technological developments or design variations. System and Laptop Prices and Specifications are subject to frequent changes. To enable us to offer the best specifications at the best prices, listed items are not always supplied from local stocks. However, Systems and Laptops will be supplied with the advertised general specification as a minimum (supplied System may be higher spec. than that advertised)
Whilst we always endeavour to deliver Systems and Laptops as soon as possible - and will normally deliver within 7 days - please allow up to ten days for normal delivery and up to 14 days during peak/holiday periods. In the unlikely event that the System or Laptop you order is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative model at the same price, upgrade at extra cost, or to refund your full payment and cancel the order. You are not obliged to purchase any item except the one you order.
'Today' & 'This Week' Special Offers and FREE items:
All offers are subject to availability. Products are available for purchase at the advertised special price only while shown as such on the Offers pages. Free items (when offered) will be supplied on a strictly one per order or one per customer per day basis only, based on total spend (inc. VAT, but excluding postage costs). Item colours may vary and will be supplied as available. We reserve the right to supply an alternative equivalent, or higher value item, if the specified free item is no longer available. Please note that Free Items may not be shown on you Basket or Checkout
Title to Goods:
Title to goods purchased passes to the purchaser only once payment has been completed and cleared. In the unlikely event a payment is not cleared in our account, 'bounces' and/or we are charged with any chargeback fees, we reserve the right to reclaim title to any goods sent and to impose a service charge to recover our costs (total value not to exceed the original value of the goods + 50% + any chargeback, postage and legal fees), or to discharge the debt to a third party. All steps necessary will be taken to reclaim any amounts owed and costs incured.
Guarantees & Returns:
Unless specified otherwise, a standard 12 months guarantee applies to our Products, plus any additional manufacturer's warrantee where specified. In addition to this, we fully guarantee all Products against being DOA (Dead on Arrival) i.e., faulty upon receipt.
Should an item arrive DOA, we will (at our discretion) either refund the total amount paid, including the delivery charge plus your return postage (via courier, parcel post, second-class post, or our own courier - whichever is the cheapest), or replace the item and refund your return postage - provided you notify us and return it with a Returns Number (see below) within fourteen days of receipt and providing the item is still in its original condition, is complete with all accessories and packaging (product box etc.), has not been tampered with or damaged (physically, or by connecting up incorrectly etc.) and does prove to be genuinely faulty.
This extra guarantee does not cover items which originally work, but fail after you have received them. Our normal guarantee applies in this case (postage either way is not covered). Note, all guarantees only cover normal domestic use and do not include normal wear and tear, commercial or industrial use. For Commercial use, please contact us for details of our Business items. All items are visually checked before dispatch and checked on return for signs of tampering, or deliberate damage. All model and serial numbers, date codes etc. are recorded and checked when an item is returned.
Refunds & Returns Numbers:
In accordance with UK distance selling laws, we will refund or replace any item if you are not entirely satisfied with it, provided it is returned within 14 days with a Returns Number and that it is in it's original condition and original packaging (original product box and packaging), is intact (sealed packaging not opened) with all accessories, software, documentation etc.. If the item, or an part of the original package and packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or to charge/deduct for these items. A return delivery charge will be applicable on items that are not refundable if you want them back. Your original delivery and any return costs are not refundable on items which are not required.
If you wish to return an item for ANY reason, you MUST first obtain a Returns Number from us. If you fail to do this, you may incur a service charge. Please email or call us with your full details, Invoice Numbers, Item Description(s), Item Number (where applicable), Date of Purchase and your Reason for wishing to return the item(s). If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will respond with a returns number. We will let you know what to do if it does not qualify.
Good working items which are sent back as faulty (with or without a returns number) will NOT be refunded. You will have to pay for testing, handling and return postage to get these items back (Service Charge plus postage - please see details of our Service Charge below).
Service Charges:
Our standard service charge of 15% covers our costs (Transaction fees, Testing, Re-stocking, Packaging, Invoicing etc.). This is increased to 20% if sealed packaging has been opened, due to lower resale values (not applicable on faulty items).
Items sent back as faulty (which are faulty) without a returns number will be subject to a service charge, i.e.; you will be refunded the purchase price (before postage costs) LESS our service charge of 15%.
Please Note; all item serial numbers, details and condition (packaging, accessories, whether complete or not etc.) are recorded. We do NOT refund on other sellers' or your own faulty items, or items sent back which have been tampered with, are incomplete or are missing accessories, software or original packaging, including the product box and internal packaging.
Post & Packing:
The Delivery Charge for your order is calculated on the total weight and value of your package. Once you have selected your items, please use the Shipping calculator on the the Shopping Basket: click here, on the basket (top right), or on 'View Basket' on the top menu to find your Delivery Charge, as this will vary depending on the items purchased and the service you select. Items can easily be removed from the shopping basket if no longer required. Please ensure you select your country first before checking your delivery charge.
Post and packing charges include the actual postage/courier cost, plus the cost of packaging materials (box/package, internal packaging etc.), labour costs and VAT, which we have to add. We reserve the right to re-use old packaging where suitable – doing our bit to save the planet.
Please ensure we have your FULL name and address, including any flat number, plus a contact telephone number, as this is required for some courier deliveries. Failure to supply these details at the time of purchase may result in delays in delivering your order. The delivery address must normally be the same as the payment address - please contact us if you need this to be different for a special reason.
Please let us know by using the information box on the Checkout page if you have any special delivery requirements when selecting a Courier Service (leaving with a neighbour for example). This option is not applicable to orders sent by Royal Mail post.
All items will be suitably packed (and insured/signed for as deemed necessary) depending on what they are to ensure safe delivery. Delicate items like Hard Drives will NOT be put in jiffy bags for instance, as many online retailers do! You will receive an email message to let you know when the your order has been dispatched. If you don't received this within 48 hours (working days), please check your spam mail folders and that the email address you have given us is valid before contacting us. Valid email addesses will automatically receive a purchase confirmation as soon as your payment is approved. Orders will be promptly dispatched, usually within 24-48 hours of your payment being cleared (normal working days only, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm). However, certain items may take longer than this.
If you have not received your item within several days and think it may have gone astray, or if you receive it and it's not as described or in good condition, or if there are ANY other problems, please contact us immediately with full details and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first, as ALL returns must be accompanied by a Returns Number. Failure to do so means that you will incur a service charge: please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Safety & Security:
Please do NOT respond to direct emails asking for payment, either from us or any other party – only pay through our site, via the Shopping Basket & Checkout. We CANNOT accept responsibility for lost payments or any payments made to other agents or sellers who claim to be us, agents of ours, or suppliers of our goods. Please contact us directly if you are in any doubt BEFORE making such payments
We accept no liability for any physical or psychological injury, any material damage or financial loss you may suffer by purchasing from us or using any item purchased from us. All items are operated at your own risk, please read all information and instructions supplied. If any injury, health problem or other damage occurs, please contact the manufacurers with any compensation claims
Exports:
For Legal, Warranty and Cost reasons, we will normally post to the UK, Europe and Ireland only. Please contact us if you live outside these areas and genuinely wish to purchase from us.
